How Many non US residents have signed up for full access?

I have signed up and just filled in what details I could so I am hoping that I be able to get access although I live in the UK, the details were accepted as was my credit card so hopefully it will work :)

I don't think that disney have really thought this out as there are probably just as many non US beta testers as there are US ones and when they publish something on the internet they should not try to limit it in this way

I'm in the UK with a test account. I've just checked out the UK web page for POTCO and all it does is tell you about the game and the requirements needed to run the game. No instruction to subscribe there yet, but i'm sure it won't be long.
