Does anyone know how to disguise yourself as a clubheart if so please tell me thanks

I put it down in another thread, but I'll put it here as well I guess.

For Mr. Clubheart, you can get the hat at the Port Royal tailor. The shirt can be found at the Tortuga tailor, and the pants can be found at the Padres tailor.

I don't know about Mrs. Clubheart, but I can only imagine that you'd have to go to the same tailor's.
