New Hat, Where did it come from?
 

I recently saw a brand new hat that players have been wearing it looks like a santa hat/ a crown. Where do you get this new hat?:bookishfj7: :piratewheelgo2:

That hat can only be obtained by killing a Rage Ghost, and then retrieving it from the loot drop.

I have a lot of friends with it already... -_- I missed it every time. !_!

But how do you kill it if you get knocked out every time? :/

All it takes is just speed. Rage Ghosts heal themselves relatively quickly, so I suggest getting a few high leveled blunderbussers, and taking it out nice and quickly.

What does it look like?

Maybe we should all meet up in game, I'll be on Capellago on Raven's Cove near Crazy Ned for awhile. So if anyone can please help me. That would be great. :)

I think that would be a great idea.. Good way to meet several people on the forums as I do not know many of them =)

I think putting the rage ghost in the game was a great thing. Now there is more of a challenge to the game which I thought was lacking after mastering.

I know a few people have posted how to kill the rage ghost (including me) in the other thread it's pretty easy to kill if you know how to do it and have a freeze weapon.

3 pirates can do this:

1st pirate hit ghost with pistol.
2nd pirate hit the ghost with freeze after it comes after 1st pirate
3rd pirate kills ghost with blunder using steel shot.

You then have your new hat. :dancetl6:

I've seen it done with just 2 pirates. One was a level 50 and the other was just a 20 something.

The freeze is vital to a successful kill.

I got myself the party hat! only lvl 42 and a lvl 38.... :D

I suggest... a more popular server..
A quiet server like that it would take serious skills and luck to do it...
I'd say abassa, ignore the mean ppl there, not everyone there are evil anyways.
In abassa, you often have to shoot very fast to even hit it, since the rage ghosts die s fast... during popular times anyway.
