Fixes:
Fixed a few memory leaks
Fixed a server crash involving the 'Defend the Traitor' questline
Fixed a server crash when reviving another pirate
Fixed a server crash involving getting rewards during certain quests

Igor has not been since the contest either, but now CD crashes around wave 35 - 40 every time..... Igor say this not make Igor happy... Igor has sent many crash reports with out a good response from D.
