Crash loading test server.
 

Anyone else having any issue connecting to the test server?

I haven't logged into it in quite some time, over a year. And tried to yesterday and today. First time I opened it, I logged in and it downloaded updates. Then the splash screen comes up with the loading bar. It gets to about 86% and then dumps to the bug report page with an error.

Now, my regular play server connection app works fine. I can log into that without problems and play the game without issues. Just having problems getting the test server to run.

I have also tried an update in video card drivers. Though I don't think that's the problem, as the regular game works fine. And I have tried logging in via the browser and logging in via the stand alone test exe, which still results in a bug report crash.

Tried to uninstall and let it redownload. Same result.

Are there maybe some files I should manually get rid of after an uninstall to insure a clean new install?? Just doesn't make sense to me that the regular play server works fine, test server does not. Unless they made a change that is affecting a small number of people.

I would send in the bug reports and hope they get back to you with a fix.

No idea. My brother was having trouble getting on his as well. No clue...

maybe bc u havent played test for a YEAR!!!! & it got overloaded with updates & it crashed keep trying to log on every day for a week see if it doesnt help

hehe, yea it's been a while ... hence why i just uninstalled it and let it redownload

digging through the logs, and comparing the test server logs to the regular working game ... I found a Panda Error Code 12 from the test server logs that does not show in the normal server log. Actually the error code in the normal log is 0, which I assume means no errors.

No idea what that means. Report has been submitted. Crashes right before loading the avatar choice, or pirate choice. Have also tried copying game_options config from my working normal game to the test game. No luck there either.
