In the James Pidgeley Quest it tells you to go to a cave a cave and kill Claude D'Arcis (kill a EITC soldier)
Where is this cave?!?!?! (on tortuga)

heh I somehow got him by sinking an EITC ship. As near as I can tell, he was one of the crew and I got a lucky shot in with my broadsides... I dunno, but the message popped up that I completed the quest and I was like "cool..."

Are the EITC guys the THUGS? All I see in the thieves den is Navy soldiers, Thugs, and the dead pirates.

Yes, EITC are the guys in black :)

I tried killing him like 10 times and it never registered.

I wonder if the bug was fixed in the latest update.

Yeah.. I wasn't able to kill him for a while. I'm like, "My gosh! What is wrong with this...?" I'm still havin' trouble actually killing the guy.

There should be one EITC guy/thug in the small fortress/office in Thieves Den. Just rush in, enter the building. You'll be confronted with the thug right away. make sure not to wander of in the direction of the tabel as there is another thug there which level is higher.
