same, except i'm at the beginning of Greer pretty much....i gotta destroy ships for stuff so i can have the ring re-made.

I am on that quest too. But I'm a little confused because I can't find Bastien Craven (or something like that lol). I thought he was in Driftwood and I have been looking there but I can't find him! He's the guy who needs the wood to make the plates. Where is Bastien Craven?

He is on Rumrunner's Isle, standing on the beach under a little oasis.

Be warned that sometimes getting across the open seas to Rumrunners, if you're low lvl sailing and alone, will sometimes lead you past some higher lvl Navy ships and a patrolling Phantom. Also, there is nowhere to repair your ship at Rumrunners.

so this is my first post on here. I'm currently having to get a hankerchief from an undercover EITC soldier. supposedly he is in a cave on Tortuga, but every time I go to fight the soldiers in the Thieves Den cave, I lag very badly. it's gotten worse the last couple of days. I did manage to beat a soldier, but it wasn't the right one. can anybody give me a hint as to who I'm looking for? I'm still working on getting the crew put together, to get the Pearl. thanks for any help you guys can give.

The undercover EITC will be dressed in black, probably named "Thug". Note that there are two groups of soldiers in Thieves Den, there's one group near the "castle" and a other group near a tent (I think). The 2nd group has easier levels, and that's probably where you should go.

Where is the Theives Den?

To get to Thieves Den, follow the pathway to the right of Faithful Bride in Tortuga and turn left when you see an opening with steps. Then, go through the group of undead skeletons, past the giant scorpions, and down the hill. At the bottom of the hill is the entrance to Thieves Den.

Okay, I've been getting pushed back to the jail each time and I can't seem to get a hankie.... :pirate7:

I'm at the part where Gil Derga is slowly...slowly being recruited. But I'm only about 10% done.

Can anyone tell me how long it took you to do this quest?
And how many crew members are after this one?

I've been working on it for about 2 days. But the slowness is probably because people keep running to me for help. *is now ignoring the n00bs until the quest is finished*

I'm on level 5-new player. I'm at the point where I must sink 6 Navy Ships to get realease forms. i'm looking to join a crew-PM me if you wish for me to join yours because i gladly will.

I'm still working on getting the hankerchief from the EITC Thug. I get a lot of lag when I go to attack, and they gang up on me. I can't ever get a group of people together to help me with them either. I'm also working on getting the stuff for Tia Dalma. I"ve still got to get the Fly Trap, they're all high ranking Fly Traps. I'm still in search of the Dire Wasps, I know where they are, just haven't gone in to work on that part yet. :skull-crossbones1:
