Has somone killed all the Huge Aligators?

Hmm, I had no problem finding them yesterday in the main bay in Cuba. In fact, I was there to get "Big" gators", but the "Huge" ones kept getting in the way! In fact, I found them there again just now.

so could this have something to do with the mission I am on??
specifically hunting for some "huge" gators...
just to make it more difficult?

There are some that spawns in Cuba, but they don't just come up right away, you have to keep walking back and forth from their spawning spots. Some enemies spawn that way.

To find the huge alligators in Cuba, you kinda have to run around the bay. They spawn when you're there. Sometimes when you go after the big gators, the huge ones will show up.

I just saw them in cuba the other day...*shrugs* and btw did you make taht sig?

The gators, that are normally just near the entrance to Tia Dalma's place
were not there! (At least for me!)
It seemed as though all the regular spots for "huge" gators had dried up as soon as I got this quest.

Was probably part of the game...because of the quest to find them.

I eventually found some in the Misty Mire(?) in Tortuga.
Although I had to go back there 4 times today before they finally appeared!

(Cuba, I visited at least 4 times, and no huge gators. But now that the quest is done, I bet you they are all back! LOL)

Nope, it isn't just you.
They have been removed, as has the Scorpion in Tortuga's forest.
I suppose too many people couldn't handle those baddies and went to Disney to have them removed.

Just like the Grenadier that was removed that was just outside of the "nicer" part of Tortuga.

I was helping a friend today and we couldn't find a huge gator anywhere! Will have to let her know to give cutthroat a try. All Cuba had was swamp gators...grrrr

Stuck on finding a huge alligator too. I saw them in cuba too. Now I have the quest, I can not find them there. Any help on finding a huge alligator. That would be very nice.

Huge gators are also still found on Padres del Fuego, in the El Suduron.

You have to run around a bit on Cuba to get the Huge Gators to come out - there are certain spots the Big and Huge seem to spawn in. I've been there many times and always see 'em, just gotta stir the waters a bit. ;)
