Question about treasure and collectables
 

I hope this is the correct place for this question - but where do I go after I've collected a complete set of treasure (for example, "The Nine Rogues") to redeem the treasure for gold or what-have-you.

You don't go anywhere. When you collect a treasure from a defeated foe, you get the gold the item is worth, and then the item goes on your treasure page in your journal. (something pretty to look at for now) The only "useable" treasures are the playing cards you sometimes get. You can use those to cheat at poker and blackjack by using the "swap a card tabs" while you are playing a card game.

Maybe POTCO will add something in the future so we can make use of the treasures we have collected, but for now...alas...nada.

Can you still collect treasures if you can't get gold from enemies?

I haven't collected a single treasure since they made the "enemy gold" change this weekend, so I'm guessing the answer is NO.

what a joke.....my interest in the game has plummetted in the last few days. Sure, I see how they how they want to make it more challenging, but this was the wrong way to attack the problem. Getting attacked and hurt by any level enemy and then getting no reward for them has really curbed my interest. Unless things change, I plan on abandoning this game before the next month.
