Qusetion about broadside
 

If you go to your ship page (h) it has your ships hit points, your cargo space, the # of cannons on your ship, the # of shipmates, and the # of broadside. On the broadside it has a # like 9/12. What does it mean to have 9/12, can I get more from sailing level or something.

I am not sure, but I think that means you need to repair your ship to get the full amount of broadsides.

yes u can put up to 5 skill points on your broadsides which by putting more points the more broadsides u get

I always thought it was that the max ship has 12 broadsides on each side. Some ships have fewer broadsides. So like my war frig has 10/12, but my war galleon has 12/12.

I have full skill points on both broadsides, with a completely repaired ship and it would still show 10/12.

eh there is a bug on the war frigate for some reason it says 10/12 even if u have all skill points for both broadsides O_o

I don't think the skill points affect the amount of broadsides a ship holds. A light sloop is going to have 3 broadsides, no matter how many skill points you have. The skill points increase damage. lol I've never had 12 broadsides sailing on a light sloop :)

yes bc that is a sloop on a war frigate you could have 12 broadsides.
ok pretty much like this if u put 5 skill points to left broadside and a light sloop has three broad sides you will now have 8 left broadsides
