Try the forest in Padres, the stumps there give good exp and have low accuracy.

(Otherwise, I got nothing. Sorry.)

Yea, only good spots left are Stumps in El Dorado ( Or whatever it is ) and the Assassins on the top of Kingshead.

I have a secret place...

Okay, will share my secret place with you for training doll and pistol. Go to the Catacombs on Padres. This is how you get there: run into the cave behind Romany Bev. Then run up the stairs on the right, which will take you onto a path which curves around to the left. Then go through the entrance to the Catacombs.

When you first enter, you will see a bunch of Undead Grenadiers and Brigands, lvls 14-23. There is an occasional Undead Gypsy. I like to train pistol here because I can do the Hex Eater or Silver shot (my pistol is 17), and then they are left pretty helpless.

Then, for doll, there is a staircase to the right. If you go to the top of the staircase and look down, you will see an Officer fighting with an Undead Raider. The Officer is usually 24-26, and the Raider is usually in the low 30s. I always shoot the Raider with the silver shot (you have time to get two aimed shots off), then both come running up the stairs after you). You then attune the doll to both of them, and for some reason, the staircase really impedes them hitting you. So as they come after you on the stairs, you just do a switcheroo in terms of positions. As they come higher on the stairs, you run to the bottom of the stairs. As they follow you to the bottom of the stairs, you run back up to the top. And so on and so forth. I am Doll lvl 20 and still getting 99 points for the Raider and 100 for the Officer. (You get less for the Raider because you shot him first with the pistol).

As for cutlass and dagger, the giant crabs on Perdida are still good at your levels (15). I find that yellow enemies give as much as red for both cutlass and dagger. And as for grenades, mine are only level 13, so I haven't figured out higher-level places yet. Good luck!
