I'm Tired
 

Ok im tired of sailing i go to attack a lvl 20 galleon the a nice lvl 23 frigate pops up and starts attacking me now im being attacked by 2 ships and they end up sinking me (i dont have a crew wit me)

Yeah, it's frustrating when a new enemy ship spawns right next to you. It'll happen less often if you play on a quiet server -- people are sinking fewer ships, so there will be fewer new spawns.
