I'm on the part where I need to find Claude D'Arcis.
But I don't know which EITC person he is.
I need help!!!

I just need help beating the Navy people and the Thugs.

Try running into the eitc hideout there in the theives den and getting the lvl 8 guy there. Usually that works.

I can come meet you if you're still there.
