Flag Ships...
 

So... the part of the game I liked best was sailing about and broadsiding. Now it seems I've got a quest to get the message from Swan and the ONLY ships I see are flagships... which is fine, but there's like one or two at a time and they get swarmed. Trying to be "at the right place/time" to board one is freaking annoying....

So, is there some sort of secret to getting this message? I'd love to get back to way things were.. there used to be plenty of ships... mostly non-flag, which is just fine by me. This whole having to board a ship and not enough ships to go around just sucks the fun out of the game...

Is the solution that I need to join a crew???

I believe that it is actually a bug that there are only 1 or 2 ships out on the sea and they are only flagships. Try switching oceans.

If that doesn't help, can't really help you, either join a crew or be the first to get to the ship.
