Fishing Question

I am now level 13 in fishing. Im not sure when I can upgrade my rod, yet. I have 71214 gold right now, and I'm not sure if thats enough gold to buy a new Rod. if it is, what level do I get a new upgrade on my rod?

It's more than enough. I think you can upgrade your rod at level 15.

You upgrade your rod at level fifteen, and I believe it costs 1000 gold.
