New Fish in Fishing

Here are my ideas.

1: Great White Shark
It would go up to 1200 pounds, and be worth 100 gold.

2: Sunfish
It would go up to 1500 pounds, and be worth 500 gold.

3: Pufferfish
It goes up to 1 pound(lol) and be worth 50 gold.

4:Squid
It would go up to 500 pounds, and be worth 100 gold.

(More to come later)

Legendary fish
--------------
Mermaid, it goes up to 100 pounds.

Leafy Lighthouse

Leafy Lighthouse is a fish that looks like a angler, except its blue, bigger, and has three blue lights instead. It has a long, tan, branching coral (like the branches of a tree)underneath its mouth. It goes to 2000 pounds.

Feathered Fish

The Feathered Fish is a fish that is white, with gills that stretch long and colored blue and green. On top of its body, it has a long span of feathery-like substance, like that feathered bird(I cant say it.). Goes to 1000 pounds.

Post some of your ideas as well, too!

Isn't the great white shark already in the game? I know there is a big blueish/greyish shark, I dont know what it's called...I assume that's it.

I'd love to catch a sun fish. But I think the blue whale's going to weigh more than 3000 pounds.

A lot more. Somewhere around 200,000 pounds (200 tons) I believe.

I like the idea of squid, so maybe Octopus as well, weighing around the same? Also perhaps we could see some bat/stingrays. In the mid/lower levels.

I personally think that fishing out a whale or The Kraken is a bit much. In real life, I watched a Fisherman struggle to catch a fish that was 16 pounds. Yet somehow we are able to catch a fish that weighs over 10 times that much in less than a minute. Not really asking for it to be more realistic, but if we're getting heavier fish... well, then I think it is just a bit too unrealistic and crazy.

Okay then. I also added more, too. Maybe you might like them better.

Fishing mermaids, now that's a good idea!

Mermaid is a good idea, but I'm not sure how it could be fitted into an E rated game, especially when you start to think about how you might go about catching it.

I think there are enough fish types in the game, but perhaps a fish that gives a ridiculous amount of rep, but is near impossible to catch. Could be a good challenge for those who have mastered fishing and caught all the legendaries and want something more.

I'll tell you how: You buy a special lure that is just for mermaids: A shell or something, then You throw it into water. The mermaids will come to it, and grab it. That when you reel it in. The lure is in glue, and the mermaidwill have to tug to get it off, and you would reel it in. After it's in, you would get lots of rep and a for sure rare+ item.

Sound's E ~ No?

CaptainSam 10-19-2011 02:31 AM

You could just catch it like any other fish?

(These are like the vicious mermaids)
