Manage Attachments

OK i have tons of post over 700 and i have lost some pictures i posted and its taking up space in my manage attachments page is there an easier way than checking 700 plus posts for the pics ??

If I click on attachments (very bottom on left hand side in user cp), it pulls up all my pics. :)
