Final Battle
 

Has anyone finished the final battle? I don't know exactly what I am supposed to do. It tells me to follow the map and battle the Navy but there isn't a yellow star directing me where to battle the Navy.

If you're looking for the boss battle, it's down for rework, there were problems with it in the past. It's been down for quite awhile now. So if you click on the buttons in your journal to play boss battle with or without a crew, you'll receive a message stating it's unavailable. :)

I'm kind of wondering though if it's the boss battle you want or if it's another part of the story quest you're working on?

Its the boss battle. I finally found the other post and read all of the rants about it and came to the conclusion that I am not going to bother waiting for it to be updated. If Disney can't fix it in their off season, I can't imagine them fixing it when March rolls around and spring break comes up where they will be busy ALL the time.

Yeah.. I too am waiting for it.. hope it gets fixed soon.. but in the meantime.. get all your characters to master status =)

Same here, and All I can sugest is to level up and keep the different weapons to the better levels to help with the boss battle when it comes

Is there really a definitive time-line from the developers as to when this portion of the game is going to be fixed and new adventures formed?

I really feel kinda cheated that I paid for a yearly membership and now after a month of playing I'm stuck.

Yes, I understand that I can continue leveling up and mastering weapons, but come on, that really isn't why I got the game...I got it for questing and the feeling of progressing through a story-line.

I wish I had known that there were such unresolved issues, I probably would have just got a monthly account and left it at that, but I really thought that with Disney's name being behind a project, this would have been a great game. I wonder how many monthly users they are losing as these "technical difficulties" are figured out.

BTW, has anyone tried or seen the new pirate themed online game? Just wondering...

I'm not complaining because I'm only at 11% I'm working on it though, hopefully when they get it released I'll be able to do it.

I dont feel cheated much, I never liked the quests anyways, i do feel its limited as of now though, i havent even finished the quest (at 80%) and lvl 40, with the exception of one master(grenades).
I bought all the clothes i can carry, the weapons, the ships, and am stuck at the 65000 limit again, so basically i can do nothing new with my character other than try for my last 2 grenade levels, but im sick of that..i will when im bored i guess.

So i just started a new one, having fun taking my time this time, and not bothering with the quest much, doing a bit of skill changes (im only at level 10 since i started yesterday, and its a nice feeling to be able to level so quickly and have something to do again. Im working on getting a sloop at the moment..and my dagger lol)
so yeah I wish they did give something else, but it can only get better right?
just give it some time, and hopefully when this characters' ready so will the battle.

They fixed the boss battle for the Test people and they made it harder.... the bridges actually shot back at you! The people I been with to finish the battle we haven't been able to finish it since every time we got to the Goithe(sp?) We had low damage... I guess it was because of our low cannon skills though.... And the characters you see running for the Black Pearl in the cut scene aren't on the ship
