Test Release Notes Feb 6, 2012

Identified and fixed the cause of recent, unexpected server outages.

Fixed a crash that occurred during the Black Pearl Quest if the Black Pearl sank and Pirates were sent to jail.

Fixed crashes that would sometimes occur when Pirates teleported out of activities such as the Black Pearl Quest or PVP.

Fixed a crash during PVP Team Battles, due to a Pirate exiting the PVP match just as another Pirate updates their score information.

Privateering captains can once again boot Pirates from their ship, by taking action through the Pirate's profile.

Fixed crashes while playing Cannon Defense Mini-Game.

Known Issues - February 6, 2012

There is an issue with Invasions starting or ending incorrectly on Port Royal, Tortuga, and Padres del Fuego.

Jolly Roger doesn't know when to quit! There is also an issue with Invasions where ol' Jolly cannot be defeated and his undead minions run rampant.

How about making it you can kick people that are acting badly on your Public Ship...

I might consider re-subscribing.

I think you can boot bad-tempered pirates on your public ship. At least, that's what I remember.

I think that the main reason that it doesn't exist in regular sailing is that they are afraid it would become an abuse system. You might have players booting lower levels and basics just because they are low levels or basics... SvS is between pirates so that might be the main reason it's an option there and not that many SvS compared to sailing in general.

But really, if you don't want the public to annoy you, you could close ship to allow friends and/or guild only... though people can still get there through others...

Eh, I'm always for new features in the game though I haven't had a problem with this.

That could very well be the reason. Another reason could be due to possible bugs that might happen when enabled. They need to address the others before pursuing this one. I'm for kicking them as long as its limited to one kick per voyage.

Well, you can already do that with the friends list under crew selection by selecting a high level if cannon or sailing level required. This is not an excuse

Sure, and what if your 'friends or guild' are not on when you are? another cop-out.

And people wonder why this game isn't more popular and why people don't care to pay for it..

I would very much like a boot option when ship is open to public. This may help curve the absurd behavior. It's annoying to port and remove from crew when you're in the middle of a loot run.
