To get a Limited Edition Tortugan Terror Usertitle, go to your User CP and go to Group Memberships. Join Tortugan Terror. Keep checking your Group Memberships until you can be identified as a Tortugan Terror member (or after I approve your request) and click to identify yourself as a member. Thanks for joining!

It is limited edition because only those who I approve can get it. Instead of having "Reporting Pirate" or "Ranter" as a user title, you can get "Tortugan Terror".

I know, what I was saying is that there were 2 different versions of the clan leader title, but not everyone had the new one. ^^

Actually, you have to "get" reporting pirate through approvals, too. For that matter, all new titles along with reporting pirate require approval. ^^
