Hi all - I've been having an issue with renewing my Unlimited Membership on POTCO...

I was an original Beta tester when the game first came out. I played quite a bit at the time and now just recently decided to return. I only had an account on the Test server, and I have been "downgraded" to Basic access there (use to have Unlimited).

So now I have created a new account on the Live server, and am trying to upgrade that to Unlimited via PayPal. Each time I try to pay using PayPal - I get this:

Quote:

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at paypal.com.
I'm wondering - has anyone gotten this before? If I have to - I can pay with credit card or get a membership card... but PayPal is much more convenient.

Another thing I was wondering... once I get my Live server account upgraded to unlimited, will I be able to have them make my test server account unlimited (as it was a few years ago)?

Thanks guys!

If you used the same account info from your test account to create the live account then yes your test account will usually go unlimited but if its a different account then your test access will remain basic.

Thanks! Yeah, both servers are unlimited for me now.
