need unlimited access?
 

yesterday all my task options needed unlimited access. i'm at level 9. and if you cant do tasks can you stil move up levels?

Yes, it just requires you to grind at enemies. At Level 14 your Notoriety stops and at 7 your weapons stop.

Notoriety stops at 14? Knew about the weapon cap, but not the level cap.

Yes, you can continue leveling, and most quests require unlimited access. However, if you haven't tried it, you might want to look in the Port Royal Tailor Shop. Last I checked, there was a quest available to basic that offered some experience, and clothing, but the clothing is only available to unlimited. Quest is available at level 10.
