Some more information on guild naming
 

Hello, all, I was just wondering looking at all these other posts about guild names, that if you submit another guile name, does that mean that the previous guild name you have entered will be canceled, and the new one is submitted, or is it just whichever name gets accepted?

Yes, if you submit a different guild name then the request for the other one you sudmitted before it, is cancelled.
