Level 23, no Padres teleport quest
 

So I hit level 23 last night, but the fabled Padres Teleport Quest didn't show up.

My wife didn't get it either, and she's since hit 24, still no quest.

I visited Tia Dalma on the off chance that she'd give it to me anyway, but she didn't.

Is there some other quest that needs to be done? Do I have to be at a certain point in the Black Pearl quest? (I just finished the Gunner part) Is Tia Dalma not the person that gives it out?

Has anyone here gotten this quest at level 23 *LATELY*, like within the last month or so, or has it changed in a recent patch?

Seems to be a trend going that people aren't getting their TP quests. Sounds pretty buggy right now :(

Thanks! I'm stuck at work right now, and they frown on playing pirate games, but I plan on visiting her as soon as I can. I'm hoping she gives me the quest.

My wife dropped one of the teleport quests back when she still had a free account, before she upgraded, and Tia gave it back to her when she visited after upgrading, so I'm hoping this will take care of it.

Ditto. I'm level 27 and no PDF telly. I'm also having trouble with a couple of optional quests. The book wont let me drop 'em. I'm filing a bug report but not hopful....this is ......annoying.....to say the least. And talking to Romany bev doesnt do anything.
