Fixed a bug that was causing combat sound effects to go off every time a ship came into view

i did notice this yesterday while sailing everytime we would attack another ship the sound would go away except the back ground music LOL oh well (i do find this odd they fix a sound bug but they dont fix the PvP bug O_o)
