Swimming in Port Royal?

The entire town was like this after I went afk for a bit then came back...interesting,..maybe a sever tsunami or flood?

I did that i was pretending i was sand crab scairng everyone underground they were like omg one guy kept saying bad htings but people teamed up on him lol
