best practices for getting cheat cards?
 

I've done the quests in the 2 port royal taverns, i know you randomly get them from kills, but i'm wondering if there's any other tried and true methods of procurring cheat cards faster then wishful thinking when killing random mobs?

Hm.. I have upwards of 60 and I've noticed that I generally get them from animals or undeads. Don't think I've gotten many from Navy swine or anything. But, you know, just kill, kill, kill. lol

lol yea ask him he seems to be the first to max his erm cheat card collection

edit: he has 24 full decks and 1/4 of another @_@

Funny thing is I have almost 60 cards, yet I dont have a complete deck. I havent used any really cause I dont care to cheat, but I'm assuming all the King of Diamonds I have (about 7?), if I use one I should have 6 left?

Obviously, the higher the level of the enemy you fight, the higher the card you can receive (Aces on Tormenta, Duces from Undead Gravediggers). There are a couple random quests that give you cards too. One in a tavern on Port Royal gave me a 10d and a 7s for killing Seargents and Guards.

Angel, I read that you have 7xKd. How do you know how many you have, exactly? I have been unable to find a way to view the quantity of any one given card and hate using my last of a specific card. On the same note, yes, when you swap a card in, you lose it, and you do not get to keep the swapped card. I tried trading Aces on the table for Duces in my hand and they do not show up in my available cards. When swapping a J for a 3, I did notice the J was greyed out the next time I looked too cheat, so I only had one of those.

Chris, he would only have 24 1/4 decks if he had 24 1/4 of each card. Chances are, it's more like 80x2s, 70x3s, 4xAd, and so on. Either way, there is most likely at least one complete deck in that lot, and unless there is a way to view each specific card you have, we may never know.

LOL for me thats just an estimate. I know in one week on stumps I got about 5 of them!!

weirdest thing..but i seemed to be getting the most cards from tormenta vamp bats, dunno if it was just a fluke, but almost every time i killed one, out popped a card..didnt know bats liked poker.

I have gotten cards off of most every type of enemy, and I think the level of the card depends on the level of the enemy. idk what enemy drops the most though... if I did I would probably be killing it!
