vista problem
 

ok i had no problem downloading the game but when i click on the desktop icon all it does is say retrieveing version info and then quits. no error message or anything. please help.

Perhaps its being blocked by the firewall or something?

When I have attempted to start POTCO and my internet connection has failed (for whatever reason), it generally does nothing at all. It would be nice for it to say, problem with internet connection, but it doesnt.

If the launcher can't reach the Internet it just closes like that. Make sure your connected. If you are, shut down your firewall to see if that the problem.

1. make sure u have internet if u do follow no. 2

2. Makesure any firewalls are down bc potco browser is launched separate from disney so your firewalls dont reconize it and close it also i think there is 1 anti-virus preogram (AVG???) that blocks potco
