Rocks in the ocean?

On my map and on the screen, random rocks are floating in the ocean. Are these future islands or just scenery?

Will do. It gets annoying when you are running away from a powerful ship and you run into a rock, lol

Sheesh, I'm sorry ... one of my characters has been working on a tunnel out of each jail cell to help other pirates out.

Gotta dump the rocks somewhere .....
