whats the e mail address to speak with these monkeys
 
Hi guys, as most of the mac users are still having problems i think its about time i look at a refund. I have been unable to play since Aprils updates. does anybody have the exact date of the updates and the e mail address to talk to them. I'm from the UK so i'm not going to waist more hard earned cash calling them.

Thier site does not reflect an email address, only an online email form.

Have you submitted a bug report through the official site, or tried using thier "Live Chat" support? This is what they usually refer anyone that actually calls them to. The telephone number given for support is primarly for billing support, calling it would likely be a waste of your $$$.

The "Live Chat" support should allow you to submit a bug report, and whatever other files they need (and/or they can direct you how to submit). They supposedly (never worked for me) can fix many things immediately, and if not (this is what always happened to me), it would be escalated to a higher level of support.

I know the updates were on April 28th....not sure about the email address ...have you been submitting those bug reports? We need to bombard them with those Bug Reports,are you able to submit now?...greymoush

[email protected] is a good one to use. If you look at the source on the email form, it routes there. You can also use [email protected]; that one was given to me by a live phone support rep.

yeah i send one every day. im so getting bored of it but i really want to play so much so i will keep sending them. this new patch better work when it comes.

I would seriously contact them and have them issue a refund or comp you for the time you havent been able to play.

hi guys,

So i sent 30 e-mails away to request my refund. 15 e-mails to each of the links that tetley posted below. 3 days later they mail me back saying they are sorry i wish to close my account. "i never mentioned anything about closing it down" i then replied stating that i don't wish to cancel my account and now they haven't got back to me.

There customer service stinks :degen:
