Status Symbols
 

It might be a mis-leading title for the thread, but I can't figure how else to ask. It's also my first post as a new member, so be patient with me!

Is there a place to figure out what all the status symbols are that pop up when you're in battle above your health bar and the health bars of your enemies?

The poison one is easy. It's got green spots and a blue timer circle that counts down counter-clockwise. When you are attuned to a voodoo doll, there is a pink eye-shaped thing in the circle without a timer.

Sometimes, above your character, there are swirling cloud looking things and a gold star appears above your health bar.

Anyway, I could go on and on, but has someone found/created a definitive list with pictures of all the status ailments (or benefits) so that you can figure out what you've been hit with or have inflicted upon your enemy?

Um honestly, only way I do it is hover my mouse over them and switch from clicking on the mouse to usint the control key on the keyboard hehe but that's just me.:laughks2::laughks2:

If you look under the enemy health meter while the enemy is attacking, it will tell you what type of attack is being used by that enemy. It's kind of difficult to watch that and battle at the same time, but it does let you know what is being used against you. Hopefully this was a little more helpful.

Yes, but every enemy has a different attack, but some of the status ailments are the same. Maybe this is a question better suited for the Disney folk.

Hover your mouse pointer over it and the pop-up will tell you exactly what it is.

Thats what I do. Just hover your mouse and it will put a small box describing the attack until the time runs out on it.

Yeah, but in the heat of battle, I don't want to have to do something like that, plus, there might be a new one I haven't seen and have to take the time to look and see what it is.

I'll try asking Disney to include it in the guide on the website.

well the one with the swirling clould and gold star means that you are not able to run have to walk which makes it very difficult to escape
