Navy galleons and frigates

Where is the best place for me to find navy galleons and frigates? i swear ive seen them everywhere and now i just cant seem to find any.

Yeesh, I had the sam problem yesterday. Today though, I've found some Centurions somewhat close to Padres. All I recall is that I was facing Padres, and nohing else.

If your trying to do fathers day quest you know u can just beat a light frigate or galleon.. they work just as well.
