Chapter 2 Navy Gaurds Quest?
 

Hey guys, i'm having some severe problems with this quest.

Where do you find these " navy gaurds " ?

Is that the part where you need to get the papers from them? The guards are outside of the prison is Port Royale.

When youre facing the water, go right and over the bridge, theres a hill and there are guards and cadets on that hill. Good place to train as well

I have noticed that the navy guards closest to the prison seem to be higher level, whereas the ones closest to the skeletons tend to be level 3 and 5. The 8's and 10's are tough if you don't have several pirates helping you.

if you board a navy ship in the harbor the guards are usually lvl 3 or lvl 5. they can drop the item you need to progress.
