2 questions here..
 

1. So I just got a ship and I'm wondering how to offer to ppl to join my crew. Plz post the answer if you have it.

2. How do you get Voodoo? I've heard that you have to get to the Caribbean Islands, just wanted to varify that information. If that is true how do you get there?

I know the answer to the first one:

1. Press tab then click on someone and there should be a button that says "crew" click on that button, and you should get something to verify your choice, click yes.

this whole voodoo thing is still up in the air.. Apparently no DEVs have leaked it yet so i am thinking the quests arent done yet but i am sure that Tia will give us a quest to learn how to use it after we help Jack get the pearl back..

The VOODOO doll is the first bit of voodoo you have access to. Purchase one from the Gypsy Mystic.

Thanks for your input so far -- just on more thing, although it's not so related how do you get the line with stuff under it that is under you post? (Isn't it called a signature?)

Go to user CP at the top, then click "edit signature" on the left and add what you want

Crew seems to be bugged. With all my attemps to start a crew, the chat system seems to just go away after one Crew message and each time someone leaves the game, crash or any other way, they seem to leave the crew. I don't know if it is meant to be a temporary system or not.

lol you should have told him that he had to suck upa nd brown nose the mods till he got one lol.. we used to try to tell newbies that on the SWG forums but they all started learning the interface lol...

I have two dolls -- just need to know how to use em

They fixed the bug that there was earlier that let you use a weapon that you had not earned access to yet. You can buy the voodoo doll now, but you won't be able to use it.

I know where Tia Dalma is, but she doesn't say anything to me :'(

she is at Cuba...

At the moment the voodoo dolls should not have any use, but people who have been in the game for about 2 weeks were able to buy and equip dolls before the devs made it unavailable. This is why you may see people using them.

Before anyone starts saying thats unfair consider this, when they made the dolls and other weapons not work until you train they also made all weapons need training (such as the cutlass and pistol) and now a lot of us are stuck with a rusty cutlass or no cutlass because they tried to change them out. I am stuck with a rusty cutlass and a doll, but no pistol.
