Question for the Guild....
 

Hello Hello All :)

It seems that Angel/Ash/Hunter et all is going to be MIA for a while. BOO. (and hun, if you're reading this...POST SOMETHING!)

We can't give out any promo's w/o her, and I know there are some second/third/fourth pirates out there that have officer status on their first, and should on their others. Mine included....

How do we handle having our guildmaster off line for a while? Anyone, Anyone? Beuler?

Promos: Guess there's just the minor inconvenience to Officers of having to be on game and TP'ing to recruit new members.

Promotions: I got nothing on this one. LOL

None the less... I got to say that all the people in the guild I've met so far are great people. The officers appear to be always willing to go out of their way to help Guild mates. And they are decisive and fair when the situation requires.

Our Guildmaster made sound decisions when selecting the officers currently ranked. (my humble opinion) They are an outstanding corps to carry on the Guild in her absence.

Actually she was on right before i got kicked maybe like 3 days before. She was telling us how she had a basic access acount. Cant remember why she did but i remember her telling us. It was later at night so there probably wasnt that many people online at the time.

Not really much we can do with out Hunter's co-operation. If she is leaving the game, it needs to be turned over to the officers. If she is not leaving the game, then she needs to check in with us while she is MIA to take care of guild business.

Other than that, I say we continue as we have, expanding, pillaging, and plundering. No need to put our game on hold just because she has hers.

I totally Agree AZ. No reason to not keep on doin what we've been doin. :) We just can't give out promos, and that irks me a little. I'll get over it....

Anyone else have any thoughts? ...well, not just thoughts...thoughts on this subject. hehe


EDIT: ASH was just in game :) Got booted after about five minutes....but she popped in. Promos were given to Officers that had other pirates in the guild, and she's going to try her darndest to get back to Unlimited access soon.
