How do i find Luther?
 

I talked to Elizabeth and she said he was aboard a navy ship , so i went and got on one but i didn't see him. am I supposed to sink it or use the grapple hook and board it like that?

You'll have to sink quite a few navy ships to find him, but he will just eventually board your ship and you'll get a pop up that says Quest Completed.

It took me a lot longer than my last pirate to find Luther. I sunk a ton of ships before I finally found him.

I'll just keep sinking them, I have another question, where's an easy place to kill scorpions without being double teamed?

The easiest place I've seen them is by going into the swamp on Port Royal the same way you did to get to Tia Dalma. If you stay out of the paths of the skeletons they will not engage you. Keep going until you see a ramp looking thing on the right hand side, run to the back of it to get on, avoid the alligator and on top are two scorpions. If you take a few elixirs with you (equip them in f4) you can quickly revive yourself as you continue to battle. They were level five the last time I checked. I set my doll's bee swarm on one of them and used my cutlass on the other.

what am i supposed to do after i find luther and bring back the news to elizabeth?
she said something about finding paintings and bringing word of her father, what am I supposed to do?
