Just created this guild after leaving the last fore lack of good leadership.

Synergy(ie): the simultaneous joint action of separate parties which, together, have greater total effect than the sum of their individual efforts

That is our mission, to bring together others for the greatest possible effect.

Guidelines:

Help others if you can, and do not get upset if no one is able to give you immediate help.
Do not be rude, obnoxious, or immature, I use these terms loosely as there may be different ways to take them.
Please, ask before randomly tele-porting to someone. It is out of courtesy to them.
Do not act in a way the guild would look down upon when not around the guild-members. We would like to be presented as a good guild people could see themselves joining.
Do not ask to be an officer. The officers and I will base rank on our experience with an individual. Also, I take guild membership number into account too. I do not feel like a guild of 10 members needs 9 officers. If you are not picked to be an officer don't get upset, your time will come.
If you have any problems report them to me or any officer. We will hear both sides in most cases and will take, what we feel is fair, action.
No drama please, there is no need for it. This is a game, so have fun with it.
Do not rep steal. Just simply ask for help to level up. We will try our best to heal you wherever you want to level or keep you on a guided path.

If you are a member and would like to set up a raid or anything else let me know and I will get the word out and work on a good day for everyone.

Also, any suggestions would be appreciated from anyone.
