Who and What We Wenches Be

We are a small and tight knit guild seeking worthy new pirates. We were founded on Feb. 5 2007 and many of us have completed the Boss and all other quests. We have also been on the leader boards numerous times.

The Wenches have expanded ever so slowly and are proud of the fact we are not only guild mates, we have became friends. We have supported each other through a near loss of life and celebrated the arrival of a new one.

We seek adventure, hard challenges, and lots of plunder. We hold "Wench Nights" every couple of weeks. These are times where we all get together and winde up doing who knows what. We may help a fellow Wench with a difficult task, go plunder, have dinghy races, or play games. Goodness knows we all shop all the time.

We do not have the drama of other guilds because we are respectful of others and handle any situation quickly. We are mature enough to handle quests on our own, but most of the time if you see one Wench in combat (or anywhere for that matter) you will see more.

Rules, Regulations, and other Rambling

1. Must be a female character. We DO have a few male players behind a Wench. But you MUST let the rest of us know if you are a male. Failure to do so will result in immediate ejection. NO EXCEPTIONS

2. Must be over 18. We do understand we are playing in a child's game. However, most of us have kids of our own. we do not want to babysit while we are relaxing.

3. Must have a paid account. We have adventures together in which it is impossible for someone with basic access to join.

4. Do not grief other players. We will defend each other to the end. However if you are the one causing the problems then you are on your own. If you cause too much grief within the Wenches you will be ejected.

5. Once a Wench always a Wench. We do not eject pirates for being inactive. We understand people move on or grow bored of the game. And let's not forget that real life does happen. Just know if a Wench leaves us we will be here upon their return to the game.

Code of Conduct

Wenches First

You will put any Wench above any and all non guild friends. This means if a Wench is in trouble you will stop what ever you are doing and render aid. (unless you are currently in combat) Other Wenches are expected to do the same for you.

We are not guild mates we are blood!!!

Sailing and Leveling Weapons

We highly recommend you add as many fellow Wenches to your friends list as possible. It makes our sailing and crewing easier. We do not require asking before boarding another Wenches ship. The reason being, we expect everyone to respect the ships owner. This means do not grab the wheel without asking and do not fire upon a ship without confirming it is the intended target of the Captain.

Officer Regulations

All officers are promoted based on several factors.

1. Length of time in the guild. Please do not expect to join the Wenches and immediately be promoted.

2. Teamwork. We like to see our members work as a team whether it be sailing, questing, or leveling weapons.

3. Leadership. We look for members to help newer Wenches level their weapons and complete quests.

4. If an officer becomes inactive they will return to a member. However if/when they come back to the game actively they will return to their former position.

Responsibilities

Voting.......All decisions regarding the Wenches are voted upon by the guildmaster and the officers. The majority wins. And yes the guildmaster has been out voted. (I'm glad I was.)
