Jolly rogers ship question
 

Has anyone else saw this ship? i've seen it twice and was able to captin it once till the game crashed... now my question is can it be claimed meaning can i claim it and captin it till someone is able to either fight me and win or steal the ship from me? thanks

I haven't seen that yet. Where abouts did you find it?

I've seen Death Omens and Harbingers outside Tortuga that have that ghost ship look to them, but never the actual Jolly Roger! Do tell where you saw her!

the ship was really in the middle of no where between tortuga and devil's anvil, i've seen the ship twice and actually captined in for about a hour yesterday. I went into tortuga's dock and also port royal, i'm sure it's rogers ship looks just like the one from the games begining.... next time i'll grab some screen shots

It is a war ship, normally very high level but very easy to defeat at the moment because it doesn't fight back. There is one off of Tortugas coast pretty often. You get some awesome items when you sink it. I am sure it will be involved in a jolly roger quest later on, but it will probably be MUCH harder by that point.

I believe those are the skeleton ships. I boarded one the other day accidentally and steered around for a while. Unfortunately, when I docked, instead of getting the cargo, I had to repair the ship and got nothing.

I saw some of them yesterday was well. I ended up bringing them down thinking they're worth a lot of rep: I was wrong. A level 14 Light Frigate gave me 100+ rep for sinking it, while this level 25 Death Omen only gave me 80.

I saw the same thing, mine was only a 14 (Raven something) ghost ship and shot it down alone and got like 39 cannon points and only 1 cargo. Went back and it was the same ship only level 13 and I shot out the sails first and got 100 cannon rep points and a full load on my light frigate.
