Cant buy ships

When I go to buy ships, the guy just says "Ahoy!" And no buying screen comes up.. Odd.

Did you click "Purchase" when the menu comes up? :)

Ah, but you see, I have bought many ships before, but I cant anymore. Ah, but the menue does not come up, so I cant click purchase. He just says "Ahoy!" Or something along thoes lines..
