Walking In Circles Glitch
 

There is this glitch where all of the sudden you start walking in circles. I ma not sure how it happens. There is another glitch where you slide around while fightning. It usually happens when I am fighting at Tormenta. Has anyone ever experienced this glitch? And does anyone know how it happens?:)

I have had people attune me with doll, and have it push me across the room when they did so.
I have had the urchinfists, and seabeards push my pirate about in Tormenta.

But never has anything made me suddenly walk in circles?
Only when I hold down my left or right turn key.

It is strang Zep. It has only happened to me at Tomenta. No matter what you do you cant stop yourself from walking in circles. It just stops suddenly by itself.:)

I hate the ice skating/hockey puck glitch. My theory for a while was that someone nearby had a game controller instead of a mouse, but that isn't consistent. I've found Tormenta (mis)behaves very differently on different servers.

I've had turning glitches (where I press the arrow left a tiny bit, but Edward starts spinning to the left - hands off keyboard!) Retyping the left arrow returns it to normal. Is that what you mean, by "walking in circles?"

I walk in circles too - but its only ever happened when im exiting an item or screen
cannon, shop, etc.

i have never tried to do it on purpose its annoying
I just tap the direction keys a few times and it stops

I have also had the yo-yo glitch - lol someone hits u and u bounce/get pushed back - then you run right back to attack em and presto happens again

-- Also I have seen the Flag Ships Yo-Yo too
if you grapple hook the flag ship from the opposite side of the green targets - it sometimes does a yo-yo effect -- it moves away from u then back - then repeats a few times before it stops

I have a idea of how this happens but I dont know for sure if my idea is the reason for it

I walk in circles alot only it isnt a glitch at least for me it isnt. Its just me bored and pressing either the left or right arrow key and the up key.... i run in circles when im bored what can i say?

lol chris i have never walked in a circle when im bored. That would make me more bored.:)

i know how to do it if ur small screen
Hold A, left, D, or right and at same time right click on blue,red,black(what ever bar you have up top). Then after that, click on pirates again and you should walk in circles

it's happened to me no idea how but it doesn't only happen at tormenta

I've had this happen to me with the screen maximized (but not in full-screen mode) but can't seem to reproduce it from your description. The part up to clicking the reputation-progress circle while holding both keys down, I can do (if I had three arms) but what do you mean "click on pirates" again? Does the window need to lose focus while turning double speed?

The sliding glitch is fairly common. It has to do with being attuned. I've had it happen to me, and have seen it happen to others, at Tormenta and Port Royal.

Going in circles? I do that plenty in real life but haven't seen it on the game :laughks2:

I don't know if I got attuned or not but I got pushed like the whole screen somehow.
