Remington the Vicious Defeated by little ole' me
 

Maybe this is not a big deal.

I took off with 3 tonics (the top healing one) and my mastered staff and voodoo doll. With a bit of strategy I defeated him (lv 35) on my own. I am considering this to be a personal accomplishment just as I know with switching off the staff for damage and the doll for self healing, I did it with 1 tonic left to spare. :smiley:

does he and neban heal themselves?

I don't think so. Those bosses have alot of health. A lvl 6 boss has more health than a level 40 pirate! Congrats!

ya i learned that when a level eleven sergent boss attacked me, luckilyi hadn't had a single drop of rum.

i was killing neban then lagged, then his health was full again. then i died.

They do heal themselves. I was getting killed, so I ran like a little punk and and a min later neban was almost refilled, and I was slaughtered.

I'm impressed! I beat him with the help of a healer (who died before it was done) 2 tonics, a couple of life drains, 40 siege grenades, about 30 explosives, and assorted other attacks.

I thought him seemed to be healing himself - thanks for confirming this you all.

Excellent job taking him down by yourself. I came very close to taking him out alone too using my mastered staff. Had been timing those tonics sometimes with the health almost gone by the time the tonic recharged. I had Remington down to less than 10% health and was just about recharged on tonic almost out of health myself. When one of those clowns, "the type that gets a bunch of bad guys chasing them and leads them right to you" brought a pack of Vets and officers on top of me. Got me killed. I ended up going back with help to get Remington

I was not aware they healed up either. I understand perfectly what Ben is saying. I am glad Ben and Dan (plus the rest of you) were able to defeat him too. I am thinking I should open my guild to people (ask them to join) as a group would be a lot easier. :) a lot of my friends from almost 1 year ago are not on anymore. :(
