Pirates of the Caribbean Online partnered with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to bring a little Pirates magic into the life of 10-year-old Job McCully.

The Pirates Online Crew donated computers for the family and with the help of Paul DiMeo and the rest of the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition team, they designed and decorated a special Pirate-themed room for Job. The episode aired October 26 - check out the room in this video.

I noticed "Captain Job" in Josie Mcreedy's tavern (name escapes me). Hes talking to her.

He also is a quest giver!!!

Now I know where the character came from!

Yup :) those imagaes from the game are old if you look at the ship interface and alot of them are weird. Like the pearl sailing freely...

That room is sick...so are those computers!! I'd love to be able to play with that resolution and graphics setting...

What the heck are they shooting out of the ship's cannon's that leaves a green trail?

I dont know theres alot of weird stuff in that game....

By watching that video, I am glad that my contribution by being a unlimitted access player are part of that project. Awesome room and hope to see Captain Job around.

If you have a NVIDIA 6000 MS (1GB) and above... you will be able to see those graphic-effects. Just make your resolution Max and all graphic effects on game-settings to "high".

my sister and i watched that very episode when it was on......It was a very moving episode to say the least.......The crews did a excellent job on the pirate room.......Very happy to know that the money this game and Disney is making is going to a good cause.......i will always be grateful for the things that this game does for the good.......and did ANYONe catch where the family lived bc I did <smiles ear to ear>
