need help
 
my account is on hold dont no wat i did. cant unlock it because i did not use my real name or birth date. any ideas on wat i should do. accept making a new account.

Henry,

Are you referring to your account on POTCO (ie the game)?
If so, best thing probably would be to create an account with appropriate information with your parents permission of course.

If you want to gain access to your established pirate you'll probably have to contact them, in which case I would recommend trying to square up the info with them if possible.

If you have your passwords then you should be able to get it back.
I believe you can goto live chat to unlock it. They should be able to help.

If that doesn't get you anywhere I don't know what to do other than what Zep just said.

Okay, first of all what do you have to contact Disney to release your account?

If so just call them give them your user name phone number and what time to call you back, then when they ask how they can verify its your account give them your e-mail address that you registered the account with, then they will check that and talk to you about what the offense against the house of rules was, and depending on the severity of the offense and how many times your account has been put on hold they may or may not give you a warning that if you violate the house of rules again your account will be terminated and that any future attempts to make an account with Disney online will be denied. hope that helps.

This is the correct way to handle this issue. Contacting Live Chat will not help you because they do not handle these type situations.
