Angry and Frustrated
 

It takes alot for Lizzy to get angry. She likes to have fun and meet good peeps which has been her experience for the most on POTCO. But at this point and time, Lizzy is hostile and very disappointed. Not in the game but in peeps in game who don't seem to have a life. I'm talking about GRIEFERS!!!! I like to believe peeps at their word and try to keep faith in the human spirit. I believe in giving peeps a second chance...But I don't want to be a paranoid pirate! Guilding has become a chore and not a pleasure. If I see a new pirate without a guild, I don't want to have to say to myself...does this pirate have another that has caused problems in the past for other guilds? Lizzy is not playing POTCO to endure stress just as most of you other pirates are not. We are here to enjoy ourselves and have a great time. A brief escape from the troubles of reality. As I have said before...it is a game...not life and death.
As for those falling into the category of GRIEFERS...if you want to mess with peeps brains...go to medical school and become brain surgeons!
Let the peeps on POTCO relax and have a good time pirating.

I agree this is getting out of hand with these people who join guilds just to cause madness or even delete the members just for fun.

Yes that is so true, every time you go to like abassa you always here mean comments and people making fun of people. this is a game!!!! not a place to bring your drama and problems!

Aye, I agree with Lizzy. I don't understand how these people can go and tear guilds apart for "fun." What Chris T said, THIS IS A GAME stop bringing in the drama, and just play.

All kidding aside, I agree people need to learn it's just a game but the sad truth is, and I've seen it before in other games, is that the griefing is their game. For some people it's all about how badly they can ruin the game for other people.

And sorry to hear about that Bart.....it just shows that those people only get their fun out of ruining others.

i so agree with ya Lizzy........if peeps have nothing better to do with their time, go else where and give others a hard time but not here......this game was meant to have fun and meet new, good peeps and now it is being overfilled with griefers...I have had me runs with them, asking to join my guild that i am in, with me polietly telling them that they would not be able to join (sry, but when u r bragging in open chat that u have deleted over a hundred guilds bc U FELT LIKE IT AND THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY, buddy keep walking bc u not welcome here).... Too many guilds have fallen to griefers and I feel many more will fall if this isnt nipped in the bud....To Bart Ironhound, sry to hear about ur guild mate; I wish u luck in rebuilding ur guild.

Dude, once, I was in the Abassa Ocean, and I went to the King's Arm Tavern in Tortuga, and there was a group of maybe 5 or 6 Pirates all with no life, and they were saying stuff like, "I'm dating Nick Jonas" or "You guys are so immature", "You people have no life, I'm outta here"

I've met griefers before.

TIP: Stay with the Pirate you want to Guild, but do NOT guild them until you KNOW they are NOT griefers, NOR Guild deleters, then guild them.

This is a bit off topic - but this only proves that a tiered system for guilds is required besides just the GM. Officers and Members - AND - have Disney record a log of Deletetions so they can quickly track down mass deletions (the records wouldn't have to be kept longer than a week - anyone is going to report a mass-deleter with a day when it happens).

If there were more tiers you could assign responsibility better, and wiht assignment controls for the positions (via Checkboxes like the new Ship Boarding Box) these problems would be reduced to almost nothing (and with tracking deletions - could take care of the issue period).

Sorry to hear that so many people are effected by so few.

Is there anyway that the Big D can change the guilding to only people who can delete members are GM's and Officer's? Of course the individual can always leave if they are so inclined.

For those who are guilty of "Mass-Deleting"... Get life and leave us to our fun.

I don't put up with people bothering people I care about aka my friends...and I'm already going crazy with this week being the biggest retail week of the year, I'm now getting daily deliveries to my store, etc...

Do Not Get The Wolf Upset and especially Do Not Mess with those I care about...


Wish Big D could just look at their accounts and just ban THEM ALL...one thing that could be done is get a list with all the moronic griefers and a list of those who were bothered by them and send it in...I think that with soo many attesting to the fact that these idiots are disruptful, that hopefully they'll get banned...
