Non Scrolling Green Names?

On The forums I've seen Non-Scrolling Green Names.
How do you get your Green name to not Scroll?

Those non-scrolling green names are clan leaders.

But Silver Beards a Clan Leader and his Scrolls.
Savvy is a Clan leader and her name doesnt scroll.

Silver Beard won pirate Trivia AND is a Clan leader he just selected trivia over clan leader. Same with me i could choose to have a green scrolly but i dont want to so i select clan leader.

Well I don't know about you guys, but I would choose Magenta (yes, the most random of all colors) over Green anyday.
