New Updates 1/13/09
 

There was a new update last night, one that includes changes to Port Royal. I'm unable to copy and paste release notes here, it is listed on the launcher but not in the release notes.

It was easy to get lost the way it's set up right now, just as I learned my way around!

Seems many are having issues with this update, from getting error messages while doing the updates, to disco over and over. I only saw 2 people since the update and that's unusual after a big release.

Fort Charles now has doors to enter, no long path to get there.

The back exit from the jail now has two tented areas that included a bunk. There is a gypsy there also.

The graveyard that use to be behind town where you get your first gravedigger now has a entrance way. I also made a new pirate to check out the tutorial. You are able to hit esc during any part to skip it. I did so after making my pirate and was brought directly to Will Turners warehouse where I got my cutlass before seeing Jolly Rogers.

Seems like an easier way around Port Royal after getting to know a bit of how to get around. The fort, graveyard and Governors mansion are all in the same area.

Sure hope they do fixes soon, sure is lonely without my friends!
