To tell the truth I am sure this is one of the things sent in with many others that has never been looked at.
Though it is a ridiculous ploy, why do we not have right to our quest, that this happens at all.
A player that is running their bb, should have all rights to the wheel over any other. This is not the first time this has happen, and even one of my characters I had a guy race up and grab the wheel, nothing from that point you can do.
Things like this have been hitting deaf ears for a long time. Gm's leaving the game and guilds in total array, with no powers. Several things such as this, and no idea how to ever make it sink in, these are not good things.
