Stumps are on Outcast and El sudoron. Dont level on those yet they range from lvls 30-35. El sudoron is behind becketts quarry on padres del fuego.
Best place to level a lvl 8 pistol might be tortuga graveyard until lvl 10 then move to port royal and go down to the murkey hollow and level off the second brigand "party".
