Agreed on all counts Basil, and it would be great if the powers that be at D could see this. They need to know what's up, and if it ever gets to the right person or people, I hope it is taken into serious consideration.
Right now I am just glad I didn't sign up for a year because I may well drop to basic for a few months. Granted $9.95 a month isn't much, but I could put it towards some other expense.
